How to embed an image in the body of your text:

1. Upload the image file in File attachments

2. Next, the small text just below the field which shows the name of the uploaded image (again in the attachment section of the edit tab) has the valid URL to that image. 

3. Next, go into the text field editor of the body of your blog or forum node and click on the Insert/Edit Image Icon and paste the image's URL.  

How to embed movies in the body of your text:

1. upload movie using the VideoBD module at the bottom of the Create Story page.

2. Wait while movie converts (1-2min).

3. refresh page and see movie.
